Is it hard for you to get off the couch to exercise? The heat of these days has been coupled with laziness, exhaustion and the fact that some people find themselves somewhat “blocked” after having spent several weeks with little physical activity. But the truth is that the excuses for not exercising are just that, excuses, because … who says you can’t exercise until you sweat but without getting up from the couch? The dancer and Physical Education teacher Gloria Morales, who is also the promoter of Ballet Fit training in Spain, proposes a “full body” exercise routine that can be practiced in seven minutes.

The objective of this table, which allows working on the toning flexible and equilibrium without leaving the sofa is helping the laziest to resume their desire to return to a healthier physical activity routine.

The exercises, which are part of some of the Ballet Fit workouts, are effective and allow reactivating those who allowed themselves to be overcome by laziness or even for those who, although they have already started doing some physical activity, want to complement their routine daily from home. With this seven-minute routine that Gloria Morales proposes, legs, buttocks, abdomen-core and arms are exercised, in addition to including one of the star elements of the discipline: stretching.
