Madrid gastronomy has its maximum splendor during this week in the Sierra de Guadarrama

Apart from being a large city, the Autonomous Community has a very rich gastronomic space in the different geographical areas of which it is composed.

The Sierra Madrid is a good example of this, and during this week, from last Friday, February 20, until next March 1, you will be able to savor a selection of products from Madrid and the Sierra through the different activities that we proposes the mountainous town of Guadarrama.

It is now the ninth edition of the Gastronomic Days of Guadarrama, and in it there will be no lack of products with Madrid designation of origin, the exquisite Meats from the Sierra de Guadarrama, the magnificent cheeses of the region, and other products of the garden.

The local council and the Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs (ACEG), lead and organize these days that are committed to quality and variety, bringing together 16 establishments for this occasion, which have offered menus ranging from € 18 to € 40.

From the most traditional to the most modern, Guadarrama and its days pay tribute to good cuisine cooked over a slow fire, pampered with the best talents and seasoned with years of experience in the kitchen.

Among the suggestions prepared by the establishments attached to the conference, the following stand out: Ostrich sirloin tatakis, the Steamed brioche with truffle mayonnaise, the Crispy millefeuille of Pularda, boletus and foie or the classics T-bone steaks or Sirloins from the Sierra de Guadarrama.
