Eurolos BIO – an overview of the local treatment plant

It is a vertically oriented cylinder with a hatch at the top. The range of septic tanks consists of 10 models that differ in size and performance.

The design has 3 chambers, a biofilter with a special load, an ejector and a recirculation pump. Multiple circulation of wastewater through the filter element is implemented, due to which the level of purification reaches 92-98%.

For aeration, a pump-ejector bundle is used. It is produced due to the kinetic energy of the jet, which captures air in the ejector and enters the drains under pressure. This scheme is the most reliable. If the site is flooded in your absence, the equipment will not fail, because. there is no electronic unit in the model, and the pump is “not afraid” of flooding.

Additional wastewater treatment in Eurolos BIO is not required. Water can be discharged into a drainage pit or directly onto the ground, including being used for watering trees and plants.

The station is partially non-volatile. Power supply is required for the recirculation pump. But the station is able to work up to two days without electricity as a non-volatile flow septic tank. This is true for areas with frequent power outages.

Eurolos PRO – aeration station overview

High-quality station of biological treatment of compressor type. The line includes 11 models designed for the number of residents from 3 to 30 people.

The design is made in the form of a vertically mounted cylinder. Partitions divide the internal volume into 4 parts, into which water enters sequentially.

Cleaning occurs due to activated sludge. The aerotank uses a special bioreactor with loading, which increases the efficiency of bioremediation processes and serves to fix bacteria. At the exit from Eurolos PRO, pure water without odor and impurities is formed. It can be immediately dumped on the ground or used for technical needs.

The PRO series requires a stable power supply, therefore it is not suitable for irregular residences or country houses with power outages. Only if you buy an uninterruptible or backup power supply, then such an option for local sewerage is possible.

Eurolos Grunt – an overview of the deep biological treatment plant

The septic tank is designed specifically for use in high groundwater conditions, where it is important to minimize the depth of the required excavation.

The installation depth is only 1.5 meters, and this parameter does not depend on the performance of the station. The volume is increased by lengthening the cylindrical body. It is this form that best resists the movements of watered soil, preventing damage to the septic tank.

It has 7 stages of purification, 2 aeration tanks. Differs in high stability, thanks to the diameter of airlifts increased to 50 mm that excludes their clogging.

The disadvantage is that the cost is higher compared to the BIO and PRO series. The station requires a permanent connection to electricity. But the cleanliness is top notch. Ideal for a country house with permanent residence or for a site with a complex type of soil.

Eurolos Eco – non-volatile septic tank

The septic tank has 3 chambers. In the second chamber there is a special brush loading, which serves to fix the colonies of anaerobic bacteria and additional mechanical filtration. At the same time, it is not subject to clogging, and during service it is easily washed with Karcher.

The advantages of a septic tank are durability, maximum ease of maintenance, you can use it irregularly (for example, when visiting a summer house only on weekends).

Disadvantage – it is required to equip a drainage facility for post-treatment of wastewater, tk. it is impossible to immediately dump them into a drainage ditch or onto the ground after a non-volatile septic tank. A filtration field or a drainage well, together with the services of installers, costs like a septic tank itself, plus it needs to be regularly changed drainage backfill, i.e. again costs. In addition, not everyone has a plot area that will allow them to allocate space (for example, 4 x 3.75 m) for the placement of such a structure.

Which model is better to choose for permanent residence in a private house

For such a case, it is better to install biological treatment plants. Despite being dependent on electricity, they treat wastewater up to 98%. The output water is clean, clear and odorless. It cannot be used for domestic needs, but it is suitable for watering plants and trees.

For year-round living in a private house, the Eurolos PRO series is suitable. It takes up little space, is reliable, and cleaning is required no more than once every 1 years according to the passport (but depends on the load).

If the electricity is unstable, then a good solution would be the BIO series, which can work even during power outages, but not more than 2 days. This is enough to not worry about leaving for the weekend. Owners, leaving the house unattended, can de-energize it, and this will practically not affect the quality of the station due to the existing biofilter.

If groundwater is close to the surface of the earth, or it is not possible to arrange a pit for deepening a septic tank, then the only option is Eurolos Grunt, designed just for such conditions.

Which septic tank is suitable for seasonal living in the country

For summer residence, it is advisable to install a Eurolos BIO septic tank, and for visits only on weekends – Eurolos ECO, but only if the groundwater level is low. The septic tank is non-volatile and does not require conservation for the winter.
