Exactly 10 years ago, pupils who were born in 1999, the last generation of the past millennium, went to school. Today, at the solemn assembly, they, already eleventh graders, led the first graders by the hand, passed them the baton. And we decided to compare how 17-year-old schoolchildren came to their first grade and how they finish their studies.

Probably perseverance and concentration. I have always been an overly active child, it is difficult for me to sit and do homework for a long time.
What would you change at school?
Everything is fine with us, well, if only the change on which we eat is made longer – I do not have time to eat breakfast in some 10 minutes and return to class.
Where are you planning to go?
I choose between two faculties: economics and law, I like management, management. I’m not sure yet whether I’ll stay to study in my hometown or go to enroll in a university in another city.
What was the biggest discovery for you in recent years?
Probably, this is something that in the 10th grade I finally realized that school life can be interesting and varied so much that I don’t want to part with it. Our beloved class teacher Olga Aleksandrovna Safonova put a lot of effort into this. But now we have a very friendly class.
What events in our country, city are remembered during this time?
To be honest, I did not follow the events in the country, so I find it difficult to answer. I am more interested in what is happening next to me – with my friends, classmates. We had such wonderful balls, music contests, holidays and a lot of fun things.
What would you like to wish today’s first graders?
Diligence, patience and, of course, the desire to learn and learn something new.

Get up at 7 am. Anyone would agree with me. Sleep is an integral part of our life, so I would like to stretch it out for a long time.

At the Faculty of Law, I will apply to Krasnodar universities, because I don’t want to leave my family and friends, besides, I love our city.

I find it difficult to answer this question. I hardly remember the events that took place in the city / country during my school years, but I well remember all kinds of holidays, competitions, balls in our gymnasium.
What was the biggest discovery for you in recent years?
I’m in 11th grade! I still can’t believe it! There is only 1 year left to study, and then the doors to adulthood are opened for us.

In kindergarten, I dreamed of growing up and going to school as soon as possible, so September 1, 2006, was a great holiday for me. Even now I remember how many emotions were overwhelmed! In fact, there is nothing difficult in studying. You just need to sincerely want to gain knowledge, listen carefully to teachers in the classroom and not accumulate “gaps” if suddenly the topic is not clear. True, sometimes it is too lazy to learn something, but you don’t need to succumb to it, and then you will have new strength to learn.
What would you change at school?
Maybe I would have introduced several additional circles and sections: swimming, ballet, football, basketball, a cutting and sewing circle.

I will not reveal secrets yet.
What was the biggest discovery for you in recent years?
If we talk about what I remember, then this is school life. In the 10th grade, two classes were united – our “A” and parallel “B”. During this year we became very close friends due to the fact that we had an active social life, many extracurricular activities and we all took part there. We even formed a choir, which included the whole class. Can you imagine? We tried very hard, performed, participated in competitions and won prizes. They also played in KVN, they themselves came up with jokes, dances, scenes.
What events in our country, city are remembered during this time?
During my school years, I remember the Sochi Olympics in 2014. Our whole family watched the Olympic Games, supported our national team, and when Russia won, I felt a sense of pride in my country. And by the way, at this time in our school there were various events related to the theme of the Winter Olympics.
What would you like to wish today’s first graders?
Good grades, patience and many loyal and devoted friends. So that the school brings joy and new discoveries.

What was the biggest discovery for you in recent years?
Theater. I think that absolutely all the performances do not leave me indifferent, but my addiction began with the performance “Candle” at the Drama Theater. I got the ticket in connection with the victory in the reading competition. Since then I have attended about 30 performances and met many actors. It was also a shock when I was called to the Russian national football team, I had to fly to Spain. But I never flew to Spain; for some reason, some of the officials changed their mind.

I remember most of all the change of power in the country. And of course, the 2014 Winter Olympics, the victory of our team.

We always study on a busy schedule, after all, the amount of information we have is large, and we need to do everything in time, read everything. Mathematics and Chemistry. And it’s also hard not to laugh at a trifle in a serious lesson: once my classmate and girlfriend Polina played me a game in geography. She had a presentation at the blackboard on the German economy. And on one of the slides, in which a man in an expensive suit walks up to a new BMW model, she attached my photo. At first I didn’t even understand why the whole class thundered with laughter.

At the University of Culture, I am interested in design, graphics, everything related to art and non-standard images.

Joseph Brodsky and his “Do not leave the room, do not make a mistake.” And the Unified State Exam – this topic worries very much, the delivery in a few months is scary.

During his studies, he also lacks the strength to follow the events of the country. But on the other hand, I remember well all the school events. It seems to me that not a single class has so much – trips, trips to the theater and cinema, balls, literary evenings, holidays. We all learned to dance, sing, recite poetry. Not everything worked out right away, but tell me, who among young people can dance the waltz now? And we danced.
What do you wish today’s first graders?
Start learning from day one. It seems that there are still so many opportunities to learn and fix everything, but time flies by. Therefore, dear kids, be patient and hardworking.
