Iron is required to provide the body with energy, and calcium deficiency leads to diseases of the musculoskeletal system. According to the WHO, the prevalence of osteoporosis among women 50–59 years old is 14%, 60–69 years old – 22%, 70–79 years old – 39%, over 80 years old – 70%.
