Delicious semolina porridge on water with berries

Ingredients (for 1 serving): – 2 full tablespoons. semolina; – 1,5 tbsp. water; – 50-100 g of berries (strawberries, wild strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, currants);

Transfer the water to a small saucepan, bring it to a boil over high heat, and reduce the heat. Pour the semolina in a thin stream, constantly stirring the bubbling liquid with a spoon. Divide it into portions and season each portion with a lump of butter. Add chopped fruit or a spoonful of jam, if desired.

Children’s semolina with banana puree

Ingredients (for 2 servings): – 100 g semolina; – 500 ml of milk; – 1 banana; – 1 bag of vanillin (10 g); – 1 tbsp. Sahara; – a pinch of salt.

Pour milk into a saucepan or saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the temperature and pour semolina into a slightly boiling liquid in a thin stream. Stir over medium heat for 2 minutes, then toss in the vanillin, sugar and salt. Stir everything again thoroughly and after another 2 minutes remove the dishes from the stove.
