My wife loves to cook and makes it so delicious that it can’t be compared to any other restaurant. However, she asks me to do something herself, then treats her friends, and for another week I listen to rave reviews about my coffee masterpiece.
If you like sweets, then you will surely like it! For many years now, this aromatic drink has been popular at quiet gatherings at home, and preparing it is not at all difficult.

What you need for cooking
To prepare, I take:
- Vodka (500 ml)
- Water (250 ml)
- Coffee (3 tablespoons)
- Boiled condensed milk (about 250 gr)
Important: you need it thicker, in jars, which you did before, I don’t recommend taking too liquid.
A lot depends on what kind of coffee you take. You can cook it yourself, I usually use either ready-made powder or manually grind natural grains.
The cooking process
To begin with, I brew coffee, take about 100-150 ml of water, always hot. Three tablespoons is a lot, so you get a caffeinated liquid. I stir it until completely dissolved in boiling water.
At the same time, all the condensed milk must be dissolved in the remaining 100 ml of water. You have to stir for a long time, but the coffee just has time to fully brew.
It is not necessary to stir until completely dissolved, just mix the bulk, and then put on fire. When it starts to boil, the condensed milk will completely dissolve and can be removed from the stove.
I usually strain my brewed coffee. I take a strainer from the teapot with tea leaves, so I manage to collect all the excess powder, especially when I use instant coffee.
Tip: if you grind the grains yourself, then wait a little longer, stirring occasionally, otherwise they will not completely dissolve and the liquid will not come out strong enough.
I pour pure coffee into dissolved condensed milk. I stir so that both masses mix with each other. After that, the liquid will acquire a light brown color, even then I add vodka.
I put the mixture in a jar, tightly twist the lid and chat with force. I remember how in my childhood my grandmother asked me to whip butter from homemade milk like this, but here you don’t need to apply the same amount of diligence, you need to shake until a light foam appears.
Tip: you can serve the liquor with any dessert, it will be the perfect addition, especially if you want to please a lady with a sweet tooth.
What will be the result
Preparing a drink usually takes me about an hour, sometimes my wife helps, so the cooking process is accelerated and becomes doubly pleasant.
Outwardly, it resembles cocoa with milk, it tastes very sweet, so alcohol is practically not felt.
Important! Be careful, despite the fact that alcohol is not felt in the taste, it is quite easy to get drunk from the drink.
What can be changed in the recipe and the price of the drink
If I want to somehow surprise myself and my wife, I usually change condensed milk. Now there are a lot of this sweets on the shelves with a variety of variations of additives and flavors. You can even buy coffee, but I tried mixing regular with powder myself.
Those who don’t like coffee can try adding chicory. The taste will turn out to be more tart, but completely new, do not be afraid to experiment!
I especially appreciate the drink because it comes out unusually inexpensive. I spend about 130 rubles on coffee, but this is for a full jar, my own water, 80 rubles a jar of condensed milk, 600 rubles for vodka (I don’t want to save on alcohol).
Total comes out 710 rubles. Very cheap, the same amount of drink in the store will be several times more expensive, but not the fact that it tastes better.
