We owe much of our complexion to our parents – no one has canceled genetics. In many ways, but not in all. To a large extent, the result depends on our efforts.

“The splendor of forms largely depends on genetics, and in this regard, I was lucky. Thanks to mom and dad, who was a karateka and in general a great lover of sports, – says the singer. – But I myself do not relax.

For example, I wake up very quickly without lying in bed. I do not have such that, waking up, I stretched and basked, as there is no obligatory cup of coffee in bed. Everything is very fast: I got up, washed my face in an instant, got dressed in an instant – and I squat 20 times in three sets in the morning.

I also like to dance very much. And not imposing relaxed dances, but energetic, with muscle tension: all parts of my body are dancing – arms, legs, butt, stomach. I dance every chance I get.

I feel comfortable when I weigh 65 kg. And when the weight goes over 68 kg, I cannot look at myself in the mirror. In such cases, I use a quick way to lose weight: I take a bath with salt, do a scrub, and at this time my sauna heats up. I steam a birch broom, add eucalyptus and ate fragrances there and “steam” the whole bathhouse with them so that it is saturated with these aromas and smells of them.

I heat the sauna up to 50-60 degrees, at this temperature you sweat much more than at a higher one. I go to the sauna three times for seven minutes. In order not to get bored, I sit there with a volume of Pushkin – and time flies by. For three days of such a regime (subject to a diet), it takes from three to five kilograms.

I came up with my own diet – I eat turkey meat, and from vegetables and fruits – everything is green and white (cucumbers, zucchini, apples, etc.). And everything is steamed, boiled, stewed – I exclude a raw food diet these days.

So eat everything white, take a steam bath, squat – and slim down for your health! “
