The Ulyanovsk make-up artist recently returned with a victory from the XV Russian Make-up Championship and in March she will go to the European Championship, where she will represent our country.
This year, the theme of the competition was gems. The participants had to convey a riot of colors and shine of jewelry through makeup, of course, taking into account fashion trends.
“For makeup, I chose shades of green, light green, burgundy, orange, blue,” says Nadezhda. – My model had colored eyebrows and ombre (a smooth transition from one color to another) on the lips – this is in vogue today. According to the rules of the championship, I was allowed to choose my own model. However, there was not enough time for a test make-up. She stayed late – there are terrible traffic jams in Moscow – so the work she planned to paint on her had to be modernized. “

“The main thing is that you always have a concealer and eyebrow shadows in your cosmetic bag,” says Nadezhda. – Perfect skin with a natural radiance effect is the key to the success of any make-up. And well-groomed eyebrows will always attract attention.
The focus on the eyes is this year’s hit. It’s about smoky brown makeup. And for darker shades of shadows, you can add vibrant colors. For example, black will perfectly complement cool purple or blue. But the harmony with brown will be pearlescent shades. Daring shooters do not go out of fashion either.
With the color on the lips, everything is extremely simple – either shades of red and burgundy, or restrained beige. It is better for brunettes and brown-haired women to take a closer look at the raspberry shades, but the blond beauties will be adorned with the scarlet tone of lipstick. “
