At the end of April, the Food Station Bay food project from the Ulichnaya Eda festivals team will open on Pochtovaya Square, near the River Station building.
The Bay Food Station will be a kind of permanent street food festival. It will be located right on the embankment of the capital. There will be 17 food outlets, 2 bars and a lounge area on the territory of the project. Among the participants will be such residents of Ulichnaya Eda as Matza and Oysters, Bistro Bistro, Real Chebureks, Khu Yum, Wok Factory, Meat and Lavash, Black Burger, Meat Story.
It will be possible to get to the “Bukhta Food Station” both from the side of the embankment and from the building of the River Station, which this year will open to visitors for the first time in many years. The building will host exhibitions and film screenings.
Food Station Bay is not a food hall in the traditional sense, so we came up with the name Food Station. The food hall is a stationary history, like a market. Foodstation is more of a pop-up project. We want people to gather here, and then go somewhere to hang out. “Bukhta” is a pre-party for your summer, ”said Roman Tugashev, founder of the Ulichnaya Eda project.
Food Station Bay will open on the last weekend of April, 27-28, and will be open until mid-October.
