A sea salt bath is a very popular procedure both in beauty salons and at home. And this is not surprising, because it improves the condition of the skin, strengthens the immune system and helps to saturate the body with valuable elements.
Sea salt is rich in useful vitamins and minerals. So, it has a high content of magnesium – an element that improves metabolic processes that occur at the cellular level, increases the elasticity of the skin and fights cellulite. It also contains potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iodine and other biologically active substances.
Treatments with sea salt are beneficial not only for the skin, but also for the whole body. They are prescribed for arthritis, atherosclerosis, heart disease, hypertension, vascular dystonia and other heart diseases. How to prepare a sea salt bath for weight loss at home
Before taking a sea salt bath, the skin is cleansed with a scrub.
To prepare the bath, take the following components:
- 200-250 g sea salt
- 100 liters of water
Salt is dissolved in hot water, after which this solution is poured into a bath with warm water (the recommended water temperature is 36–37 ° C). Take a bath for 17-20 minutes every other day for a month. To achieve the maximum effect, the concentration of the saline solution is gradually increased to 3 kg per two hundred liter bath of water. - 200 g of baking soda
- 200 g sea salt
- 100 liters of water
The salt is mixed with baking soda and this mixture is dissolved in hot water. Then this solution is added to a bath with water, the temperature of which should be 36–37 ° С. The bath is taken within 8-10 minutes. Then they wrap themselves in a warm blanket and hold the anti-cellulite “mask” for another 28-30 minutes. Then take a contrast shower.
Baths with sea salt are contraindicated in pregnancy, during menstruation, in cancer and diabetes.
Because sea salt has antiseptic properties, it is used to fight acne. To relieve irritation, cleanse and dry the skin, add 1 kg of sea salt with pine extract to a full bath of warm water (although for the first procedure, they take 300 g of salt, increasing the concentration of the saline solution each time).
