Julienne with shrimp and green peas

Rainbow trout with vegetables

Mussels in curry sauce

Fry everything in a mixture of 1 tbsp. l. butter and 2 tbsp. l. olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Pour in 200 ml of coconut milk and, stirring constantly, boil for about a quarter. Add lime juice and 500 g of mussels in the sashes.
We cook them under the lid for a couple of minutes, then remove the lid and stand on the fire for another same amount. Serve the mussels in the sashes, sprinkled with lime juice and garnished with parsley petals. Do not forget to put the sauce on coconut milk next to it.
Stuffed squid
Stuffed squid is a win-win dish for special occasions. For its preparation, we will need the carcasses of the commander’s squid TM “Maguro”. They are already gutted and butchered, so you do not have to deal with painstaking preparation. The tender elastic flesh has preserved the appetizing juices and soft taste.
We wash 2 thawed carcasses, remove the films and dry them. Fry 50 g of almonds in a dry frying pan, chop them in a blender. We steam 2 tablespoons of raisins in boiling water. Finely chop a bunch of parsley. We combine nuts, raisins and herbs, we drive in a raw egg. Add salt, ground chili, oregano, granulated garlic, paprika, and 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs to taste. We knead the resulting mass well and fill the squid carcasses with it. We fix the edges with toothpicks, lubricate with olive oil and fry in a grill pan until golden stripes.
Wine
For such a dinner, dry white wines are most suitable, always chilled before serving. Pinot grigio, chenin blanc and sauvignon blanc are perfectly combined with mussels with bright fruit accents and expressive sourness. Greek asiritico and Italian vermentino with herbaceous shades are also appropriate.
