Especially the berry will appeal to those who like Abkhaz cuisine, sea buckthorn berries are an indispensable component in many national dishes of this country. Large varieties

Varieties of thornless sea buckthorn

Tall shrub with a spreading crown and large orange fruits. Elongated berries containing a large amount of ascorbic acid.
Jam
Sea buckthorn variety Jamovaya ripens in medium terms, is resistant to dry periods. The fruits are pleasant in taste, sweet and sour, most often used for processing and harvesting for future use – they are used to prepare juices, jams, and freeze.
In Katuni
Forms rounded fruits of medium size, which are fully ready for harvesting by mid-August. Plants will begin to bear fruit no earlier than the third year after planting, and will continue until the age of 12. One adult plant will give you about 15 kg of healthy and tasty berries every year.
