Ingredients

  1. Sea buckthorn – 1 kg

  2. Vodka – 500 ml

  3. Granulated sugar – 1 kg

  4. Water – 1 L

Method of preparation

  1. The berries must be washed and slightly dried.

  2. We make classic sugar syrup from sugar and water.

  3. After cooling, in a transparent container, mix the syrup with berries and leave for 10-12 days in a warm place or on a “sunny” windowsill.

  4. Then the sea buckthorn syrup must be filtered and mixed with an alcohol base.

  5. Pour the finished liquor into glass bottles.

  6. Keep in the fridge for a week before tasting.

Sea buckthorn liqueur quick recipe

Ingredients

  1. Sea buckthorn – 1 kg

  2. Vodka – 3 l

  3. Sugar – 1,5 kg

  4. Water – 1,5 L

Method of preparation

  1. Sea buckthorn must be passed through a meat grinder or mashed with a wooden spoon.

  2. Transfer the prepared berry to a glass container and pour vodka over it. Leave in a dark place for 1 day.

  3. We prepare the basic sugar syrup.

  4. After cooling the syrup, mix it with strained sea buckthorn tincture.

  5. Let it brew for 1 more day in a cool place.

  1. Sea buckthorn – 2 kg

  2. Granulated sugar – 1 kg

  3. Vodka – 500 ml

  4. Carnation – 5 buds

  5. Ground cinnamon – 1 pinch

  6. Nutmeg – to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Sea buckthorn should be washed well in cold water.

  2. We transfer the prepared berry to a glass container and sprinkle it with sugar and spices.

  3. Shake the jar well and leave for 10 days in a warm sunny place.

  4. When the juice begins to stand out, it is necessary to mix the contents of the container so that it is evenly distributed and covers all the berries.

  5. After the specified time, pour the alcohol base into the sea buckthorn juice and continue to infuse in a dark place for another 30 days.

  6. Then we pass the finished liqueur from sea buckthorn through a filter and pour it into glass bottles.

Sea buckthorn cream liqueur on brandy

Ingredients

  1. Sea buckthorn juice – 250 ml

  2. Heavy cream – 250 ml

  3. Condensed milk – 1 can

  4. Brandy or cognac – 700 ml

Method of preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients with a mixer or immersion blender.

  2. Pour the liquor into glass bottles and keep for 7-14 days in a cool place.

  3. Store the finished cream liqueur in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 months.

  1. Sea buckthorn juice – 500 ml

  2. Milk – 500 ml

  3. Chicken Eggs – 4 pieces.

  4. Sugar – 2 st. l.

  5. Vanilla sugar – 20 g

  6. Food alcohol – 200 ml

  7. Cocoa – 2 Art. l

Method of preparation

  1. First you need to separate the yolks from the proteins and beat the yolks with sugar.

  2. Boil milk and add cocoa, mix thoroughly.

  3. Gradually pour chocolate milk into the yolk-sugar mixture, while whisking with a mixer.

  4. Without stopping whisking, add sea buckthorn juice, alcohol and vanilla sugar.

  5. After all the components are connected together, pour the liquor into glass bottles.

  6. Before proceeding with the tasting, the drink must be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
