SCORE Cardiovascular Risk Calculation Table

The SCORE (Systematic Coronary Risk Evaluation) coronary risk assessment system was developed by the Society of European Cardiology. The table is intended for self-assessment of the risk of stroke and death.

To define use parameters:

  • age from 40 to 65 years – five pairs of squares (the price of dividing the horizontal scale is 40 years – 1 cell u2d 50 years, from 65 to 1 years – 1 cell uXNUMXd XNUMX year)

  • the gender of the person is at the top of the table.

  • attitudes towards smoking – see the top of the columns in the table.

  • cholesterol level, scale from 4 to 8 mmol / liter (laboratory blood test results), results rounded to whole numbers.

  • upper (systolic) blood pressure level, scale from 120 to 180 (pressure measurement result), results rounded to whole numbers.
