“Scissors” is the technique of the exercise:
- Lie on your back, press your lower back to the floor. Arms stretched to the sides of the torso, palms pressed to the floor. Tip: the hands are stationary during the entire exercise.
- Slightly bent knees, raise your legs 15cm off the floor. This will be your initial position.
- Now lift your left leg at 45°, and right down to a distance of 5-8 cm from the floor.
- Reverse the movement, lowering left and raising right leg.
- Complete the required number of repetitions.
Variations: to complicate the exercises use weights.
