Scientists: soup is the basis for a diet

Soup is not a favorite dish of Russians. Meanwhile, with the help of it, you can easily get rid of extra pounds if you supplement the liquid diet with the necessary foods. Which ones? To get rid of unwanted weight, Monday soup should be combined with some fruit.

Tuesday – with vegetables. On the third day of the week, Wednesday – with fruits and vegetables. On Thursday, cottage cheese can be added to the basis of the diet – soup. And on the fifth day and on the sixth, the soup can be flavored with steamed meat or fish products.

The “Canadian diet” can be completed with a cocktail: soup + vegetables + brown rice. According to doctors, the result of such a diet is minus 5 kilograms per week.
