During the experiment, scientists tested many drinks for the presence of vitamins, trace elements, as well as the ability of the drink to withstand many diseases and ailments.

Scientists from America in the course of the experiment found that the most useful drink for breakfast is freshly squeezed orange juice. They determined that orange juice is a storehouse of vitamins, and this juice is also very useful for those who keep their weight under control and not gain excess subcutaneous fat.

The study involved people from 20 to 40 years old. They ate the same food, and drank different drinks during breakfast. One group washed down their meals with sugary carbonated drinks, the other with regular drinking water, and the last group drank freshly squeezed orange juice.

During the experiment, a blood test was performed every few hours. It was found that the group of people who drank orange juice had the least amount of glucose in the body and the most of those substances that are responsible for human immunity.

Scientists from the American University of Buffalo have come to the conclusion that orange juice is considered the most optimal and healthy drink for breakfast. When using such juice, the risk of vascular and heart diseases decreases, the likelihood of obesity, diabetes decreases, and metabolism is normalized.
