Sciatica is difficult to fight, but it can be done effectively – if only you know the right ways to deal with the symptoms of the disease. What is sciatica manifested by? How to counteract it?
Symptoms of sciatica

What does a sciatica attack indicate?
Unfortunately, the symptoms that accompany the disease tell us only one thing: our spine is in very poor shape. Unfortunately, in order to get rid of sciatica forever, you must first of all work on the strength of your own spine. This can only be done by performing systematic physical exercises. A sedentary lifestyle can only exacerbate the symptoms of the disease. A healthy lifestyle is the key to success in the fight against this disease. Interestingly, the root attack, as sciatica is usually called, can also be a consequence of too intense physical effort, especially in people who often do not indulge in such activity.
Sciatica is also a disease that comes with age. The first symptoms usually appear after the age of 30.

- During an attack of sciatica, you should lie down on a hard surface, bend your knees slightly, and put a larger pillow or quilt under them;
- The painful place should be warmed up very well. Warm compresses or the purchase of an electric heated pillow often help;
- All kinds of massages and healing treatments will also be helpful;
- Ordinary anti-inflammatory and painkillers may also be helpful, as they can remove the pain, even if only for a short while, and will certainly reduce it to a form that will no longer be so burdensome.
- You should see a doctor if sciatica is accompanied by paresis or very strong tingling associated with persistent pain.
