The experts told what to look for when choosing clothes for a child.
Ready – ten days. That is how much is left until the Day of Knowledge, a festive line, white bows and a school uniform. Which you still need to be able to pick up – high-quality and preferably not for big money. Experts from Roskachestvo explained what the form should be made of and how much it might cost.
For the climatic conditions of the Middle Lane, a composition with a wool content of 40-60 percent is considered optimal. You should not be afraid of a small amount of synthetics in the composition of the fabric – in a certain amount, it only improves its properties: the thing becomes stronger, wrinkles less and sits better. In the case of wool, it does not change its basic qualities at all. The optimal ratio is from 60 percent natural fabrics.
Don’t forget to pay attention to the lining fabric. It is often made from one hundred percent synthetics. But it is ideal if the lining is made of viscose or cotton with the addition of synthetics.
Important! Synthetics and artificial tack are different things. Synthetic fibers are made from petroleum products: polyester, elastane, acrylic. Artificial ones are made from cellulose, a product of natural origin. They are more comfortable for the body.
This is practically the passport of our suit. The marking should indicate for whom the suit is intended – for children, for school age, or for adolescents. If these words are not there, it is possible that the clothes are declared by the manufacturer as adult. Just small in size. And the requirements for it are lower than for clothes for children.
Of course, you always want to save money. After all, some kids turn a suit into an indistinct rag in a month. But to save on quality is still not worth it – it’s better for the brand. Elena Snytnikova, head of the School Uniforms Committee of Soyuzlegprom, believes that a high-quality suit simply cannot cost less than XNUMX rubles. Rather, it is more expensive: raw materials, labor and passing control still increase the cost of the final product.
“Forms for 300, 400, 600 rubles, of course, exist. But we run the risk of putting the child in a plastic bag, ”says the expert.
There is an important point here: now there is a system of state subsidies, within the framework of which fabrics that are safe for the production of school uniforms and their cost are determined. “Producers using subsidized raw materials usually give this information on the label. And the price of such products is the most objective. You can also be guided by it, ”explains Elena Snytnikova.
