• look at the tip of your nose, then look into the distance.

Do not forget about healthy products for your eyes – carrots, fish oil, nuts, follow the routine of work and rest. If vision is normal or slightly reduced, a break in classes is necessary every 40 minutes, with severe myopia – every 15 minutes.

Problems with the digestive tract occur mainly due to the fact that in the morning the child forgets to have breakfast and eats for the first time already at school. This is wrong, it is important to have a snack before leaving the house. Gastritis also develops if the student is overworked or nervous.

It is necessary to have breakfast for the stomach to start working. Also, make sure your child drinks enough fluids and eats several times a day.

Posture change Is the most common school problem. An improper seat, insufficient physical activity, an uncomfortable backpack can lead to the development of osteochondrosis, problems with breathing and blood circulation.

Explain to your child that walking and sitting at the table should be straight, and over time it will become a habit. Enroll the student in the sports section, the loads will help form a muscle corset that supports the spine. Ask the physical education teacher to allow the children to run in the gym during breaks, it is safer and more useful (there are mats, ropes, horizontal bars) than along the corridors and stairs.
