Preparation:
Chop the red onions, chives and parsley very finely. Peel the cucumber and cut it together with the avocado (see how to quickly and beautifully cut an avocado here) into small cubes with sides of half a centimeter.
Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts and remove the juice and seeds, chop the remaining pulp as finely as the cucumbers and avocados. Toss all vegetables, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
