According to the author of this diet, the reason for the appearance of excess weight is not so much in improper diet or lifestyle, but in the general slagging of the body, as a result of which metabolism is disturbed and fats begin to be actively deposited. Therefore, in order to start losing weight, you need not only to radically revise your diet, practically giving up food for a week, but also to help the body cleanse itself from the inside. To do this, throughout the entire diet, it is necessary to carry out enemas with a volume of at least two liters every evening.

The very basic principles of the diet are pretty simple:

  • meals only according to the recommended menu
  • eating 6 times a day every 2 hours
  • last meal no later than 18 pm
  • limitation of fluid intake to half a liter
  • physical exercise

Doubts are raised about the points regarding daily enemas, which will damage the intestinal microflora, as well as restrictions in fluid, since the latter, on the contrary, helps to remove toxins and toxins from the body

The diet offered by Saykov is designed for a week, and the range of products offered for it is rather meager. On the first day, it is half a liter of kefir and half a kilogram of boiled or baked potatoes. In the second – 400 g of low-fat cottage cheese and the same amount of kefir. On the third day, kefir is supplemented with 4 medium-sized apples or pears. On the fourth day, 2 not too large boiled chicken breasts without skin and kefir are allowed. The fifth day is repeated by the third, followed by a fasting day with one and a half liters of mineral water, and on the last day you should again eat apples and kefir.

This food system cannot be called balanced, since it is frankly poor in useful elements. Therefore, it should not be adhered to for a longer period, as well as repeated after a short period of time. But to lose weight in a week, you can at least 4 kilograms, and if you connect physical activity, then all 6-7. The only downside is that not all of them have strength left.

Reviews on the results of the diet are mostly positive, since it is simply impossible not to lose weight with such a strict dietary restriction. But the fact that the diet is not easy is noted by the majority of those who lose weight, since small portions do not bring satiety.
