Types of Santo Stefano and the taste of drinks

It is important to note that the manufacturer does not present the drink as “champagne”, as consumers are used to calling it, but as “carbonated wine drink”, this is directly indicated on the product label itself. In addition, in terms of strength, it is far from “wine” standards and has only 8 degrees.

Santo Stefano Bianco

White semi-sweet sparkling wine.

The taste is delicate floral with slightly perceptible honey notes.

It has a fresh aroma and rich light straw color.

The charms of champagne are revealed when used chilled.

At the same time, it is worth refusing to add ice cubes to it, since as it melts, the taste properties of the drink will be lost.

Serve Santo Stefano Bianco preferably with dishes made from fish, seafood, as well as fruits and desserts. On the shelves in stores, the product can be seen in dark glass bottles.

In addition, champagne can also be purchased in a gift box, but the package itself – a bottle and a drink – does not differ from the previous version.

Santo Stefano Rose

Pink semi-sweet champagne, made from white grapes.

The taste is delicately sweet, which especially attracts the female audience. Both in taste and aroma, strawberry shades come to the fore. But this does not overshadow the notes of other wild berries also present in the drink.

The wine is characterized by a rich ruby-pink color and a pleasant fresh smell.

The wine goes well with white meat, fish and other seafood.

It can also be served with desserts and fruits. Similarly to the first type of champagne, Santo Stefano Rose can be bought not only in a regular bottle, but also in a gift box.

Semi-dry white Santo Stefano

White semi-dry wine, suitable for those for whom Santo Stefano Rose seems sweet. For its production, either white Chardonnay grapes or red varieties – Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier are used.

The drink has a sour taste, so it is usually complemented by serving it with sweet chocolates.

Before use, sparkling wine should be cooled to a temperature in the range of 8 to 9 ° C.

The aroma of the wine is rich, the color varies from light straw to golden.

Santo Stefano Bianco dry

Sparkling dry white wine without sugar.

Its taste is specifically sour, slightly diluted with a delicate floral aroma, which gives it a special aftertaste.

Such champagne is served in combination with sweet grapes, dark chocolate is also good.

The color of the drink is from light straw to golden, a fresh aroma is characteristic.
