Samsung machine won’t pump water
You need to check the drain system: most often the cause is a clogged drain pipe or pump.
- Unplug the machine, turn off the water.
- Disconnect all communications.
- Remove the dispenser tray by pressing the lock in the center.
- Open the drain filter hatch on the bottom of the front panel.
- Drain the remaining water and clean the filter.
- Put the SM on its side, open access to the bottom.
- Having found the location of the pump and the nozzle, loosen the clamps of the nozzle.
- Disconnect the pump wires.
- Loosen the screws securing the pump.
- After removing the pump, check it for blockage.
- Remove the pipe and rinse it from dirt.
Carefully inspect the pipe for damage. Most often, it loses its tightness at the clamp attachment points. If a nozzle or pump malfunctions, new elements must be installed.
No heating
To check and replace, you need to get to the heating element. According to the way the Samsung washing machine is arranged, we conclude: in order to get the heating element, you need to remove the front housing of the washing machine.

- After disconnecting the SM from the mains, unscrew the screws securing the top panel from behind.
- Pull out the dispenser tray. Loosen the screws behind it.
- Unscrew the remaining mounting bolts and remove the control panel of the Samsung washing machine.
- Remove the bottom panel.
- Having unbent a cuff of the hatch, pry off a metal collar and remove it.
- Remove the cuff inside the drum.
- After unscrewing the screws of the door lock, as well as disconnecting the wires, remove the front panel.
- At the base of the drum is a heating element.
- Disconnect heater wires.
- Unscrew the central nut (not completely).
- After pushing the central bolt inward, remove the heating element.
- Pull the thermostat out of the heater.
If the thermostat is working, just move it to a new heating element. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, after which the case is placed.
Doesn’t pick up water or pours too much water

- Disconnect valve wires.
- Loosen the fixing screws.
- After loosening the clamps, disconnect the hoses.
If the valve is in good condition in general, replace the sealing rubber bands. If not, install a new part.
Drive belt wear

- After unscrewing the bolts, remove the back panel.
- Remove the old belt from the pulley.
- If inspection confirms belt wear, install a new element.
- Start putting the belt on the motor pulley by moving and turning the drum pulley.
