Ingredients
Sambuca – 60 ml
Lemon juice (fresh) – 30 ml
Soda – 90 ml
Apple – 1 pcs.
Basil – 2 branches
Ginger – 1 pc.
How to make a cocktail
Place ginger and a couple of basil petals in a shaker, then muddle them.
Add a couple of ice cubes to the shaker and pour in the lemon juice + sambuca.
Shake well and pour through a strainer into a goblet glass.
Top up with soda.
Garnish with fresh apple slices and basil petals.
