Salute Beverages Group has been operating on the Russian market since the mid-90s. The company’s distillery in the city of Beslan produces a full range of alcoholic beverages, including champagne. “Salute, Golden-domed!” – the most famous brand of sparkling wine from the entire range of the company. The drink is made using the classic method of champagne from grapes grown on the Taman Peninsula.
Historical information
The Salyut group of companies began its work in 1995. At first, the company was engaged in the production of alcohol and strong alcohol, and after a few years it became the industry leader in terms of output. In 2003, the company’s management decided to add still and sparkling wines to the range. The production site was completely reconstructed, about 50 million dollars were invested in the modernization. On the territory of the complex, which occupies 52 hectares of area, a blending workshop of an unusual cylindrical shape with skylights appeared.
The Beslan plant is one of the few enterprises in the country where production is carried out in three directions. Alcohol, spirits and wines are produced at the same site. This approach allowed to significantly reduce transportation costs and reduce the cost of production. For a long time, the company managed to maintain a leading position in the market for the production of vodka in the lower price segment.
Wine materials for the production of champagne are supplied by the Yuzhnaya agricultural company, which is located in the Temryuk district of the Krasnodar Territory. The agricultural enterprise grows grapes on an area of 7 hectares, processing is carried out in full compliance with European product safety requirements.
A large workshop for the acceptance of varietal wine materials at the enterprise is equipped underground. In the basement, a microclimate has been created that is suitable for aging champagne and storing raw materials. The laboratory of the plant controls the chemical and microbiological parameters of products at all stages of its production.
Brand “Salute, Golden-domed!” – business card of the plant. Under this trademark, the company produces vodka, tinctures, low-alcohol cocktails and champagne. Sparkling wines are made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes using the reservoir method, premium varieties are aged for up to six months. Bottling is carried out on automated lines of Italian production.

Straw-colored sparkling wine with a golden sheen and good perlage. In a delicate aroma, tones of ripe apples and pears are distinguished. The bouquet is harmonious, dominated by fruity notes. It is recommended to cool the drink before serving to a temperature of 8–10 °C.
