Salsa aerobics – Your way to be in shape

Have you always admired the participants of “Dancing with the Stars” – their creations, movements, and above all, the ability to learn hot Latin dances in a short time? Relax, you too can learn the basic steps, catch a rhythm, get graceful and lose a few kilos at the same time. What’s more, you can do it without signing up for an expensive dance course – just choose salsa aerobics in your fitness club.

What is that? Salsa aerobics is a fashionable combination of dynamic aerobic movements and exercises with a sexy and seductive salsa, rumba, mambo, samba and afro elements!! Little in this crazy combination of steps, but a lot of body, life and remembering! Each training session traditionally begins with a warm-up (from 5 to> 10 minutes). The main part of the classes is 30-40 minutes of dance led by an instructor who cares about maintaining the right pace. The last 10 minutes are devoted to calming down and stretching the muscles (stretching elements). Of course, in class you will learn only the basic step salsa, so you won’t learn about complicated spins and transitions, but you’ll be happy anyway!

Where did the idea for this combination come from? It’s simple: exercises, especially if repeated many times, make pwe are quickly bored and if we are not very motivated and we do not put into training our heart, we stop feeling it as a pleasure. In other words: so what if we lose weight if there is no smile on our face and the figure still looks awkward? And yet it is difficult to call a beautiful woman who does not smile and move gracefully! What else gives us salsa aerobic – the music itself has a positive effect on our mood, the legs move by themselves, you feel like moving and most of all you want to have fun! That is why salsa aerobics was invented especially for those who love hot rhythms, but cannot do without aerobic exercise. Great effects A few sessions are enough to make you feel light, get fit and lose weight. But that’s not all: your silhouette will stay wonderfully shaped, because you train practically all parts of the body: legs, hips, buttocks, abdomen, arms! You also gain flexibility and coordination, because when you dance, you practice the perfect interplay of hip and leg work with smooth hand movements. Finally, the greatest advantage of aerobics in the rhythm of hot salsa is that your movements will acquire grace and feline charm … In fitness clubs, however, we have a whole range of exercises to choose from, thanks to which we will lose weight and improve our condition. Why is it worth choosing salsa? It’s simple, practicing this type of aerobics will set you free positive energy, and the smile will not disappear from your face. Thanks to salsa, your body will begin to produce endorphins – the happiness hormones.
