They applied a product to the area of ​​the abdomen and thighs and wrapped the body with a film, after which the specialist wrapped me in four blankets for the greenhouse effect. Half an hour of relaxation and an incredible feeling – sometimes hot, sometimes cold, but very pleasant.

When the specialist removed the film from me, I immediately saw the result: the skin is red-pink due to the active action of pepper and menthol, but very delicate and well-groomed. A colossal plus of the funds is that this wrapping does not need to be washed off with water, when all the others are quite sticky and require a shower. The effect of velvet skin lasted for two days. If you go through a procedure of 6-10 sessions, I think you can easily lose a few centimeters.

– The beach season is just around the corner, which means it’s time to start putting your body in order so as not to scare away all the beach vacationers with your forms. “There is no limit to perfection,” I thought, especially since I am far from perfect, and happily went to test procedures aimed at modeling forms and combating imperfections.

Expectations: in fact, I’m incredibly happy that I was sent to this particular clinic, and here’s why. First, as a beginner, I was told and shown everything in detail. Secondly, no matter how scary (because of the description) the procedures looked, everything was done so delicately that I even thought: isn’t it too rare that I visit such places? But, of course, there were some nuances, which I will also talk about in more detail.

Reality: at first I was offered to try hydromassage, from which I was completely delighted. The course of hydromassage consists of 8-10 sessions lasting about 30 minutes. This procedure is almost blissful relaxation in a large warm bath, while the master makes a massage with a strong pressure of water (the force of water pressure is 5 atmospheres) from a special built-in hose, each time adjusting the force of water supply (for example, the pressure on the legs is needed more, than on hands). Out of habit, at first it was very painful, however, as they explained to me, after several sessions the body gets used to it, and it becomes more pleasant than painful. The result – after the first procedure, of course, the weight did not decrease, but the body tightened up, the excess fluid left, I received a wonderful massage and felt great all day. However, it must be remembered that there are contraindications, therefore, before using this procedure, it is better to consult a specialist.

Then I was sent for a wrap, having done before that a gentle peeling. A wrap based on Thalasso Bretagne (France) is aimed at deep cleansing, restoration of mineral balance and metabolism, helps to maintain tone and well-being. Moreover, a prerequisite for such maintenance is strict adherence to the temperature regime, for example, the maximum heating temperature of the thermal blanket should not exceed 38 ° C, otherwise overheating may occur. In my case, there was no overheating, and after the prescribed 40 minutes of wrapping, I lost another portion of excess liquid, which, in principle, favorably influenced the process of reducing my volumes. To be honest, the wrapping is not something that I liked, but I would not want to repeat it in the near future. I just don’t quite understand the 30 minute idle process. Apparently not quite my story compared to whirlpool.

After wrapping, I was offered to try the cryotherapy procedure (cryochamber). To be honest, there was a double impression from this procedure. On the one hand, I was very frightened by the prospect of immersion in a layer of gas (liquid nitrogen) cooled to a temperature of –140 ° C. But, on the other hand, having defended a full minute in the cryo chamber, I really felt more cheerful. For prophylactic purposes, of course, you need to undergo about 10-25 procedures of general cryotherapy, but in the near future I will definitely not dare to repeat this feat.

In general, I concluded for myself that I would definitely go through a full course of hydromassage and try some procedures to recover from my vacation.

The surprise was that I was seated in a cedar barrel (steam sauna) with steam, from which only my head was sticking out. I sat there for 10-15 minutes, after which a nice Thai woman began to properly knead my legs, ass and stomach.

Reality: it happens that even girls who regularly play sports and monitor their diet are unhappy with the condition and tone of the skin. So I am not one of these girls! But, as they say, everything is learned in comparison. After the procedure, I was amazed at how flawless my skin was. I noticed a visible improvement in the structure of the skin, felt its smoothness and elasticity. And the smell of that wonderful oil that they rubbed on me is just a fairy tale!

The manual anti-cellulite massage lasted for a total of 50 minutes. The master works primarily on problem areas such as thighs, abdomen, buttocks and arms. By stimulating the skin, the specialist improves the blood supply to cells and tissues, increases the tone of the epidermis and starts the natural process of removing toxins and excess fluid from the body. The result of this work is an elastic body with smooth skin, permanent weight loss and an improvement in body contours.

Reality: the procedure is carried out in two stages: first, a salt scrub is applied to the whole body (in my case, with immortelle flowers) and then the melted chocolate mass. Perhaps this is the most pleasant moment in the whole procedure – in the office it smells breathtakingly of chocolate, as if you are not in a salon, but in a coffee shop. The next half hour was a little less pleasant: after I was wrapped in plastic and covered with a thermal blanket, my skin began to literally burn. Although the blanket itself heats up evenly and not at all, the sensations in the body were completely different. At some point, I felt like a muffin that is baked in the oven in the very same coffee shop.

When I took a shower, I was surprised how soft, nourished and well-groomed my skin became. The hips visually became more toned, I was very pleased. As a bonus, I smelled pleasantly of chocolates well into the evening.

I have already gone through a vacuum massage, and although this is not the most pleasant sensation that I had to experience, it is quite possible to endure. For the sake of beauty!

Everything about everything took us 30 minutes. It is very convenient when you do not have a lot of time. But I didn’t see much of the effect. Because, it turned out, it manifests itself the next day. When I woke up, I found that the skin on my thighs was smoothed, and my stomach tightened. Maybe because I didn’t have dinner, though?
