Due to its beneficial properties, salmon is suitable for both the diet of an adult and a child. There are many ways to cook salmon. Each of the recipes helps to highlight the wonderful taste of the salmon.

Oven-baked salmon in foil

Cooking salmon will not take too long. Just half an hour – and a delicious dish is on your table.

When choosing a method of cooking salmon, you should give preference to baking in the oven. Frying in a pan is not recommended, since salmon loses most of the useful components during the frying process.

Ingredients:

  • salmon or salmon steaks – 2 pcs.
  • lemon – 1 pcs.
  • natural yogurt – 1 can
  • coriander
  • black and red pepper
  • potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • green peas – 1 can
  • garlic sauce
  • salt

Place the salmon steaks on a greased baking sheet. Pour lemon juice over them and let sit for five minutes. After the indicated time, brush the steaks with yogurt and sprinkle with seasoning and salt on top. Cut the pre-peeled potatoes into slices, salt, put on a baking sheet and sprinkle with seasonings.

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the fish for 25 minutes. While the salmon and potatoes are cooking, open the jar of canned green peas. Transfer the contents of the jar to a saucepan. Place the saucepan on the stove and bring to a boil. Then drain the water through a colander.

Lay out the baked salmon with potatoes and add the green peas. Serve the finished dish with garlic sauce.

Salmon baked in the oven in foil with vegetables

This dish is best prepared from fresh salmon. But if it is difficult to purchase fresh, you can take fresh frozen instead.

Regular inclusion of salmon fillets in the diet gradually reduces blood cholesterol, strengthens the cardiovascular system. Dishes with salmon help improve blood circulation, including cerebral circulation, reduce the formation of blood clots

Ingredients:

  • salmon – 600 g
  • carrots – 2 pcs.
  • onions – 2 pcs.
  • milk – 1 glass
  • Butter – 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • greenery

Wash the salmon, peel and dry with a towel. Sprinkle the cooked steaks with lemon juice. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry the onions and carrots in butter separately until half cooked. Take a baking dish and lay in layers: carrots, then salmon steaks, then onions. Pour milk over everything and send to a preheated oven. Bake the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle herbs with herbs before serving. It turned out to be an excellent dish for a family dinner.

Salmon with cheese in the oven in foil

When buying salmon in a store or at the grocery market, pay attention to its quality. Fresh salmon fillets should not have a pronounced fishy smell. Its structure must be elastic and resilient.

The number of ingredients in the recipe is indicated for two persons.

Ingredients:

  • salmon – 0,5 kg
  • ground black pepper
  • mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice – 3 tablespoons
  • greens (lettuce leaves)
  • tomato (large) – 1 pc.
  • salt
  • cheese

Wash salmon fillets, peel and cut. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, pour over the lemon juice and leave for a few minutes. After the fish has steeped, brush it with a little mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and wrap in foil. Each steak must be wrapped separately. Place all pieces in a preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, free the baked salmon from the foil, put on plates, surrounding the sliced ​​tomatoes and lettuce.

Baked salmon steaks are best served hot.
