Heat the oil in a skillet that can hold two steaks. Rub the salmon with salt, pepper or any fish seasoning. Sear the steaks for one minute on each side. Then pour in the cream. Note that the cream must completely cover the fish. Cut the lemon into thin slices and place them in the skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Delicious, juicy salmon is ready.
