Salfazin – zinc for the sake of health. How Do I Take Organic Zinc?

Salfazin is a medicinal preparation containing zinc. The health properties of this micronutrient have been known for a long time; zinc primarily affects the health of the skin, nails and hair, improving their appearance and condition.

Salfazin – the most important information

Zinc also has other important functions – it is present in the structure of about 200 different enzymes. It affects the rate of wound healing, supports the treatment of rheumatism, regulates the level of vitamin A in the body and regulates the work of some internal organs, including the pancreas.

In addition, zinc is a micronutrient necessary for the proper development and functioning of male reproductive organs. Thanks to the regular supply of zinc, the number of sperm cells increases and their activity and speed of movement improve. Zinc also has a beneficial effect on the level of endogenous testosterone and is actively involved in the formation of lymphocytes that make up our immune system.

As a result, the human body cannot function properly in a situation of zinc deficiency. The daily requirement for this micronutrient is only 5 mg, but its deficiency can be very harmful.

Zinc deficiencies in the body are mainly caused by an improper diet. In addition, various environmental factors – such as stress, a sedentary lifestyle, lack of sports, and a specific diet – can limit the absorption of zinc introduced into the body. In order to counteract zinc deficiency, it is worth reaching for Salfazin.

Salfazin – composition and method of admission

Salfazin contains zinc in an extremely effective form – an organic combination of zinc and gluconate. As a result, zinc is easily absorbed by our body. Its dose is 25 mg, which fully meets the daily needs of the human body for this element.

In addition to zinc, Salfazin also contains vitamins C, A, B6 and E, which also have a positive effect on the quality of skin, nails and hair. Vitamin C significantly increases the activity of zinc, stimulates the production of collagen and improves immunity. Vitamin A influences the presence of zinc in the skin and regulates keratinization. Vitamin B6 regulates the activity of the sebaceous glands in the skin. Vitamin E, on the other hand, regulates the level of skin hydration and inhibits the influence of free radicals.

It is recommended to take Salfazin over a long period of time, not exceeding 1 tablet a day. It is best to take Salfazin with a meal, regardless of the time of day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption.
