Salad “Crab sticks, tomatoes and garlic”
Ingredients:
- 240 grams of crab sticks
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- a pinch of salt and white pepper
For this light salad, it is better to take crab sticks chilled, and tomatoes – dense and not very juicy
Slice the crab sticks obliquely into wide rings. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into cubes. The juice that is formed in this case must be drained. Squeeze the garlic into mayonnaise. Mix the tomatoes with crab sticks, salt and pepper and season with mayonnaise and garlic. Divide the salad into the portioned bowls and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
It is best to serve the dish immediately after cooking, because even not too juicy tomatoes can juice up, which will worsen the appearance of this delicate salad with crab sticks.

- 200 grams of crab sticks
- 250 grams of canned fish

Grate hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater. Mash canned fish with a fork so that no large lumps remain. Cut the cucumber and tomato into small cubes. Cut the crab sticks into medium-sized cubes. Add corn and mix all ingredients together, season with mayonnaise.

Crab meat salad with tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of crab meat or crab sticks
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 dill
- 1 bundle of lettuce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Cut the crab meat into large slices. Chop the lettuce leaves into strips and finely chop the dill. Cut fresh tomatoes into wedges. Mix all ingredients, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
The finished salad will look great in bowls, on the bottom of which fresh lettuce leaves are pre-laid. You can decorate the finished dish with dill or parsley. Like the previous ones, this salad should be served immediately after cooking to avoid excess juice from the tomatoes.
