Sal Ems Artificiale is a preparation used:
- in inflammation of the respiratory tract,
- in bronchial asthma.
Dosage of the preparation
Sal Ems Artificiale is in the form of effervescent tablets to be taken by mouth. The drug should be administered after meals, after dissolving in a glass of milk or water.
- Orally. 1-2 tablets 3 × / d.
Sal Ems Artificiale and contraindications
Contraindications to taking Sal Ems Artificiale are:
- hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation,
- tuberculosis,
- whooping cough
- pleurisy.
Sal Ems Artificiale – warnings
- Take Sal Ems Artificiale with caution if you have stomach and / or duodenal ulcers.
- Long-term use of the drug may cause the formation of kidney stones and increase the incidence of urinary tract infection.
- The preparation should be used with caution in people who are on a low-sodium diet, because the drug contains sodium.
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking the drug, as there are no data on the safety of taking the drug during this period.
Sal Ems Artificiale with other medicines
- Sal Ems Artificiale may increase the irritating effect of NSAIDs on the gastric mucosa.
- The drug alkalizes the urine, which may increase the urinary excretion of weak acid drugs and reduce the urinary excretion of weak alkaline drugs.

Taking Sal Ems Artificiale may cause:
- irritation of the gastric mucosa,
- dyspeptic complaints (heartburn).
