Method of preparation
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, cut into slices, put on the bottom of a greased frying pan. Separate the salted mushrooms from the brine, rinse, cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil, combine with chopped onions fried in vegetable oil, pepper, put in a skillet over the potatoes and cover with another layer of potatoes. Pour mushrooms with potatoes with sour cream mixed with flour, and bake in the oven until tender. Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with dill, in the same bowl. You can use ceramic pots for cooking. Any mushrooms can be used, but always salted. Salt and black pepper can be added to the dish to taste.
