LUNDENILONA, low molecular weight cream mask, 900 rubles
– Acquaintance with the Russian brand of cosmeceuticals Lundenilona began with this particular foot mask. I remember this tool in the first edition.
Expectations: I am in awe of the skin of my feet, regardless of the season. Walking in the winter without a pedicure is not about me. I apply any cream and foot mask for the whole night and put on cotton socks so that the mask nourishes and moisturizes the skin well for a long time.
Reality: in the low-molecular cream-mask “golden” composition, which contains my favorite ingredients: hyaluronic acid, squalane, which maintains moisture levels, vitamin B3, B6, E, shea butter, jojoba seeds, macadamia, chamomile flower extract, menthol, which helps relax and cool your feet.
The manufacturer recommends applying the product for 30-40 minutes after using the scrub or leaving the mask overnight every 10-15 days. But I use the product in my own way: every other day I put on a mask after a bath and put on socks, in the morning I rinse my delicate skin with cold water.
This light spa treatment helps to keep the skin of the feet soft and smooth in winter, summer, and at any time of the year!
Rating: 10 out of 10. This tool has been making me happy for three years now and, by the way, is used very economically.
Natura Siberica, sea buckthorn shampoo, with lamination effect, for damaged hair, 210 rubles.
– I have always been sure that among Russian brands you can find not just good, but very high-quality cosmetics. This, for example, happened when I first tried Natura Siberica repairing shampoo for damaged hair. Of course, I knew about this brand and heard a lot of both positive and negative statements, but I myself did not really consider this product. For some reason, it seemed that this is just one of many brands, but no! Once I had a chance to try a product of this Russian brand, which turned out to be quite worthy.
Expectations: I approach the choice of shampoos responsibly, and the rave reviews of my younger sister made me turn my eyes to this particular product. She recently made herself a Brazilian hair straightening, and, accordingly, she was advised to use only certain shampoos, saying that Natura Siberica, for example, have suitable ones. For a couple of months I listened to laudatory odes and finally made up my mind. As a result, I chose the “Sea Buckthorn” shampoo, which, according to the manufacturers, perfectly cleanses the hair and scalp, strengthens the hair follicles and stimulates hair growth.
Reality: the shampoo turned out to be not just worthy, but very, very! The product is in an economical 400 ml bottle. The lid is convenient, opening with a slight push. The shampoo itself, the consistency of which is very thick and oily, has a positive bright yellow tint and an incredible aroma! The aroma, though intense, but unobtrusive – it clearly traces notes of sea buckthorn and mint.
The product foams well, and after rinsing, a pleasant mint chill is felt on the scalp. Even with my dry ends, the product coped perfectly – it not only does not dry, but also makes the hair soft, dense and voluminous. After drying, the hair really shines beautifully and feels like silk to the touch.
Evaluation: 9 out of 10. I take a point just for the fact that because of the incredible aroma I want to wash my hair several times a day!
Burdock oil for hair with red pepper, Mirolla, 45 rubles
– I first learned about the existence of burdock oils for hair from a friend. She had gorgeous thick and long (right up to the waist!) Hair, and I wondered how she cares for her curls and how she managed to grow that length. “From early childhood, my mother taught me to use burdock oil,” she answered me. “Try it too, it is sold at the pharmacy and is inexpensive.” And I, of course, tried it and was completely delighted. I can say that since then oil has become my salvation …
At the age of 15, succumbing to fashion, I first cut my hair down to my shoulders. And since then I began to do a haircut regularly, every month, or even every two weeks … And then I grew up a little and realized that long hair is beautiful, feminine. I tried to grow it, but it didn’t work. The curls grew 2-3 centimeters a month, and the ends split immediately. I had to cut them off. As a result, I could not do anything with the length, as if it had stopped. A vicious circle began … And although sometimes I managed to release the hair almost to the shoulder blades, but then I got tired of it, and I again ran to the hairdresser.
But a year ago I set a goal – to grow long hair! To begin with, I read a million articles, books and blogger reviews on this topic, consulted with friends and acquaintances. So, with the world on a string, I chose the best way to care for curls. Of course, this is primarily nutrition and the right shampoo. I try not to eat junk food and use natural cosmetics without silicones and sulfates. Well, burdock oil, of course, was also used. I tried several brands with different ingredients. My favorite was Mirolla Red Pepper Oil.
Expectations: the manufacturer promises that Mirolla burdock oil with red pepper strengthens hair roots, stimulates their growth, and stops hair loss.
Reality: in the annotation to the oil it is said that before use it must be heated in a water bath, then rubbed into the hair roots, apply to the entire length. Put a plastic cap on your head, wrap with a towel. Soak for 20-30 minutes and wash off with regular shampoo. It should be applied in a course 1-2 times a week for a month.
To be honest, I experimented a lot. She kept the oil not for 20 minutes, but for an hour; used it as a course not a month. and all three. And nothing bad happened, all these methods work great!
If you heat a bottle of Mirolla with red pepper vigorously in hot water, then the oil will burn the skin a little, but it is tolerable. It is washed off, unlike many other similar funds, quite easily. Then the hair becomes smooth, shiny, tangle-free and easy to comb and, most importantly, grows faster! Perhaps this is also due to the fact that I began to cut my hair very rarely with oil, because the tips are not in the most deplorable state.
Expectations: Bet 10 out of 10. So far, my hair is not like Rapunzel’s, but at least it has started to grow and look much better. By the way, the Mirolla brand also has wonderful natural essential oils. My favorite is patchouli, I also often apply on strands. They then shine well and smell very nice.
Pure Love, day cream with watermelon oil, 1550 rubles
– I love discovering new brands of natural cosmetics. It just so happened that not only European and Australian manufacturers, but also Russian ones, which, as it turned out, create equally effective and high-quality recipes, are of particular interest to me. The Pure Love brand, founded by Katerina Karpova, has been my favorite for over a year now. I tried almost all the creams and was extremely pleased with them. Now I have watermelon oil day cream in my fridge.
Expectations: All Pure Love creams are made from natural ingredients and therefore have a limited shelf life of only 6 months. Cream with watermelon oil is created on the basis of lavender hydrolate with the addition of watermelon oil, chaulmugra oil, lecithin, ciramide complex, Boswellia extracts, green tea and St. John’s wort. All these components are designed to care for combination skin with a tendency to oily content, regulate sebum production, provide an antibacterial and soothing effect, as well as improve microcirculation and even out complexion. Personally, I expected good hydration from this product without oily sheen on the face. In addition, I was captivated by the fact that the cream should fight inflammation and comedones.
Reality: the day cream with watermelon oil, like all the products of this brand, turned out to be not only excellent, but delicious. It has a very light texture, almost gelatinous. One small pea is enough to moisturize your entire face. Immediately after application, the skin does not shine and does not look oily. The aroma of the cream is a separate conversation: it smells very pleasant and unobtrusively of vanilla. Moisturizes for five plus and perfectly accepts mineral powder. However, during the day, the face still shines a little. At the same time, the cream does not clog pores and does not provoke inflammation. After a couple of weeks of use, the skin looks healthy and satisfied. The cream copes with small rashes quite well: everything that jumps up during the night has time to disappear in a few hours. True, it was not possible to test the product for more impressive inflammatory elements, since such have not yet been found.
Rating: 10 out of 10. Almost everything is perfect in it. The only negative is the shine on the face, but not a single cream has yet dealt with this problem of mine.
Olive-glycerin hand cream “Nevskaya Cosmetics”, 45 rubles
– To tell you the truth, I don’t really respect Russian brands. In my opinion, our cosmetologists, like filmmakers (sorry for the strange comparison!), Have not yet learned how to make high-quality products. Although, of course, it is impossible to be completely categorical in this matter. There are also Russian products that can successfully compete even with foreign elite cosmetic companies. On my personal list of excellent products is the Nevskaya Cosmetics Olive-Glycerin Cream. It is also worth mentioning that glycerin and petroleum jelly based hand products are what my mother loved to use many years ago. It is clear that I also got used to these compositions, and therefore today I am happy to buy a couple of tubes for future use if I see them in stores.
Expectations: cream manufacturers claim that the product contains olive oil and glycerin. The first component is an important source of vitamins and minerals necessary for the skin, the second one nourishes and moisturizes the skin.
Reality: there is a real controversy about this cream on the Internet. Someone complains that it is poorly applied, someone says that it is poorly absorbed, and someone, on the contrary, praises it.
My opinion is that the product is great to use, unless it has been lying on your cosmetic table for three years.
The cream is really very oily (and after applying it, it is better not to write an SMS on the phone), but it perfectly moisturizes and makes the skin soft and velvety after the first use. In winter – what you need for hand care.
Rating: 9 of 10 points. As they say, cheap and cheerful!
“Pure Line” firming shampoo with nettle, 75 rubles
– Shampoo brand “Chistaya Liniya” fell into my hands by chance, honestly! Gathering for an important meeting, I found out that the shampoo had run out at home, I ran to the nearest store (we will omit its name), where they could surprise me only with the means of the Chistaya Liniya brand. Well, there was nowhere to go, time was working against me. I grabbed the shampoo, paid 75 rubles and ran to conduct tests.
Expectations: I cannot say that I expected a terrible result, but I definitely did not count on a mind-blowing effect.
I didn’t have time to read the reviews before using the reviews, but then it became curious. The official website of the product says:
– nettle extract perfectly strengthens the hair roots and stimulates their growth;
– a decoction of medicinal herbs protects hair from damage, reduces hair loss.
People on the Internet speak about the product in the best way, which even surprised me, knowing the low price of shampoo. However, there are also some negative opinions.
Reality: the shampoo washes out the hair perfectly, but not until it squeaks. This is a big plus for me, as my hair is prone to dryness. Therefore, the shampoo can be classified as gentle.
Of course, this remedy will not restore or make your hair stronger and stronger, but it will not do anything wrong with it either. Delicate cleansing is its main task.
If you do not want to spend money on expensive shampoos and do not expect miracles, then you can safely try this shampoo. For its price, it is quite good.
Evaluation: I put 8 out of 10, unfortunately, the magic did not happen, but it cleans well.
