And fresh air, which in any case, even if you run in the city, will be more saturated with oxygen than indoor air. Feel it as you run. Breathe deeply. Smell this morning. Maybe it smells like autumn leaves or already the first frosty freshness? Do you feel how pleasant warmth spreads throughout your body? This blood, saturated with beneficial elements, ran to water every cell of your body with them. It is life itself churning within you. Enjoy these sensations.

Run. Run easily and naturally. Run the way you like. Run where you like. You are free. You are free to choose where to run, how to run and how much to run. The main thing is that you like it. Start small. Plan a route that is comfortable for you. For example, I start from the path in the park, run to the wild rose alley, run out to the embankment, run to the stairs, go down to the river and return along the river. And what a beauty around. What a variety of colors, sounds and smells. Ducks today are a little thoughtful and swim primly and measuredly. And yesterday they were playful, diving and frolicking like children. Everything flows, everything changes. Believe me, no one expects sprint records from you. Run with quality, with pleasure, enjoying what is happening with you and around you.

Treat yourself to these moments! Feel oneness with nature. She is beautiful and you are beautiful. You are part of this world. You are the best part of this world, you are human!
