Rose Pouring: 4 Recipes at Home

For the preparation of rose liqueur, you can use any kind of flower. But the most fragrant, rich and velvety drink is obtained only from a tea rose or wild rose.

As an alcohol base, you can use vodka, food alcohol and high-quality moonshine without foreign odors.

A simple rose brew

For preparation, we need no more than 4 days.

Ingredients

  1. Tea rose buds – 40 pcs.

  2. Water – 2 L

  3. Vodka – 500 ml

  4. Granulated sugar – 700 g

  5. Citric acid – 1 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation

  1. We cut off the petals from the buds and rinse thoroughly under running water.

  2. We shift the prepared petals into a glass container, add citric acid and fill it with water heated to 70 degrees. Mix well and let it brew for 3 days in a dark place at room temperature.

  3. After the specified time, we filter the liquid through a strainer, add granulated sugar, bring to a boil and do not forget to stir so that the sugar is completely dissolved.

  4. When the syrup has cooled, mix it with the alcohol base and shake well.

  5. We filter the finished liquor through a purchased or home-made filter and pour it into glass bottles.

  6. Before tasting, it is necessary to insist 3 days and store in a cool dark place for no more than 3 years.

Classic rose liqueur

Ingredients

  1. Tea rose petals – 150 g

  2. Granulated sugar – 500 g

  3. Vodka – 1 l

  4. Citric acid – 0,5 tsp.

Method of preparation

  1. Rose petals must be sorted out, spoiled and dried, washed well in cool water.

  2. Mix the prepared petals with granulated sugar and beat in a blender (you can twist through a meat grinder).

  3. We transfer the resulting pink gruel into a glass container, add citric acid and pour the alcohol base, mix thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  4. We insist 40 days in a dark place at room temperature.

  5. After the specified time, we filter the liquor through a home-made or purchased filter and pour it into glass bottles.

  6. Store the finished drink in the refrigerator for no more than 3 years.

Honey pink infusion

Ingredients

  1. Tea rose petals – 700 g

  2. Vodka – 1,5 l

  3. Honey – 300 g

  4. Water – 1 L

  5. One lemon juice

Method of preparation

  1. Rose petals must be sorted out, spoiled and dried, washed well in cool water.

  2. Boil 1 liter of water and pour the prepared rose petals, tightly close the lid and leave to cool completely. Then refrigerate for 2 days.

  3. After the specified time, we filter the pink broth and squeeze all the petals well.

  4. Mix the filtered rose decoction with honey, add lemon juice and heat to 40 degrees and mix thoroughly until the honey is completely dissolved.

  5. After the honey-pink infusion has cooled to room temperature, pour it into a glass container and pour in the prepared alcohol base. Shake and let it brew in a dark place for 2 weeks.

  6. After 14 days, we filter the finished liqueur through a home-made or purchased filter. Pour into glass bottles.

  7. Store the finished drink in a cool place for no more than 2 years.

Pink liqueur with red currants

Ingredients

  1. Red currant berries – 5 kg

  2. Sugar – 4 kg

  3. Fresh rose petals – 150 g

Method of preparation

  1. Remove ripe currant berries from the branches (if necessary, wash and dry well), place in a jar, pouring sugar and clean, fresh rose petals in layers.

  2. Cover the jar with gauze, insist on a sunny place for 30 days.

  3. Drain the liquor, filter, pour into dry dark bottles.

  4. Store in a dry and dark place.
