How does gas equipment work?

Boilers “Rinnay” are able to work on any gas – you can always make sure in case of an accident on the gas pipeline. Heat is generated by burning fuel. Special burners are used – their design allows to reduce the amount of nitrogen oxide released during combustion. The features are outstanding and the device is ingeniously simple. Design features:

What series have been released?

RMF

The series appeared in 2013. The previously released EMF series became the basis for its creation – it was improved by adding several innovative automation units. RMF Features:

  • Automatic equipment is installed that reacts to weather conditions and regulates the temperature.
  • The devices are volatile – connected to the mains, so the developers have provided blocks that monitor electricity consumption, as well as taking measures to reduce it.
  • Automatic control of water temperature in DHW mode, accuracy – up to a degree. Switching on occurs when water consumption is from 2,5 l/h, and when it is consumed 1,5 l/h, it turns off. The error is 0,3 l/h. The function of operational consumption has also been added – all the fuel goes to heat the coolant in the secondary circuit – this ensures an uninterrupted supply of hot water at a given temperature.
  • For greater convenience, the manufacturer has provided a remote control that can answer questions by voice.
  • There is a programmer – the operating mode is set for a certain time.
  • A novelty is a block that controls and corrects the intensity of the flame. A uniform distribution of fire over the burner is achieved – regardless of the pressure in the gas pipeline.

RMF boilers are available with power from 18 to 600 W. The combustion chamber is closed. Water heating – flowing.

ЕMF

This is the simplest series that formed the basis of other models. But, despite the presence of more advanced versions, EMF models remain a model of Japanese quality. Power range – 12-000 watts. Power adjustment for each device – within 42-000%. Forced ventilation provided. There is a circulation pump with a magnetic clutch that prevents the motor from jamming. In the DHW circuit – 60 ° С. Productivity – 12 l / min. There is an expansion tank of 8,5 liters. the outdoor temperature sensor is not provided in this modification. RB 367 EMF

Like all Rinnai models presented on our market, this is a double-circuit and volatile wall-mounted device. 41,9 kW. Designed for 419 sq.m. 88% efficiency. It weighs more than the previous modification of 29,5 kg.

RB 107 EMF

Installation and Connection

The complete set of gas equipment supplied to consumers includes a passport for the device and instructions that describe the device and its connection diagram. Works almost silently. The remote control is included in the kit – you do not have to spend an additional 4 thousand. Works for six months without any problems. There is a nuance – it takes air only from a warm room – otherwise the device fills with condensate. It is better to take power, taking into account the correction for a frosty climate – with a margin. Another minus – when it drops to minus 20, there are problems with the chimney, ice freezes and air does not enter the boiler.

RB 366 EMF: Andrey Ts., Kirovsk

For a long time, a single-circuit apparatus was used for heating. Bought “Rinnay” after the reviews of friends. Takes up little space – hangs on the wall. Beautiful design. It copes with the task perfectly – it heats our large house with an area of ​​​​350 squares. There are no problems with the supply of hot water either. The heating temperature is adjusted according to the weather. 

Boilers of the Rinnai brand are high-performance equipment that is successfully used in residential and industrial premises. By replacing the injectors, liquefied fuel can be used.
