It is enough for adults to drink 1-2 tablets every 6 hours. The maximum allowable number of tablets per day is no more than eight;
Children over 6 years of age should take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, up to a maximum of XNUMX tablets per day. The course of treatment is not longer than five days.
Drug interactions with other drugs
While taking Rinicold with drugs of other groups, there is a high risk of side effects, so patients in such cases must be especially careful.
The following combinations are undesirable:
Simultaneous reception of Rinicold with ethyl alcohol and sedatives leads to a significant increase in the sedative effect;
Joint reception with antiepileptic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, phenothiazine derivatives is fraught with constipation, dryness of the oral mucosa, urinary retention;
The use of tricyclic antidepressants in conjunction with Rinicold creates a risk of ventricular arrhythmias.
