The right to acquire rights.

In addition to the common territory, each of us in the family has its own territory. And what? What is included? What is the size of this territory? This question is answered by the right to acquire rights.
You take on work and responsibilities — you acquire rights, increase your personal territory. You do more, you do better — you can do more, you have more rights. If you stop caring and answering, you lose your rights, your territory decreases.
She wants to get a cat, he does not like the bad smell from the cat in the toilet. She undertakes that the smell in the toilet will be the same as now and even better — please, get a cat. Does not fulfill obligations, the smell has appeared — the cat is out of luck … Smart parents do not wait until such a situation happens in reality: sometimes you can only talk with a child in order to convincingly simulate this situation. The right to acquire rights is one of the rights of a family member, enshrined in the Family Constitution.
Application Acquisition Rights
The right to acquire rights provides answers to the following questions:
- To whom to solve the issue (problem): If both want to decide, the one whose (to a greater extent) this issue decides.
Whose territory is more likely and who is more willing to pay: who takes responsibility for paying for all the circumstances and problems that arise See Who decides the issue
- Issues related to the acquisition of personal territory, the preservation of personal territory, the loss of personal territory.
If you pay for your territory, it is yours. You start to underpay — it becomes common along with those who are forced to pay for it too. Someone begins to invest more or better than you — the territory passes to him. See General or Private
The right to acquire rights and the right to equality
The basis of the right to acquire rights is the right of equality: “We give up privileges and have equal rights.”
If suddenly someone’s rights arbitrarily fall from the sky: “Well, this is a child!!”, “You have to give in to me, because I am a woman!” or in the most arbitrary way they are lost: “Go away, woman, horsemen are thinking here!” — working to acquire rights becomes less interesting, if not simply meaningless.
Eligibility and expediency
Not everything in life is determined by law, we must not forget about expediency.
Suppose a young father did not take care of a small child, but suddenly became interested and wants to be listened to. He may not have earned the right to this (although — if he earned money so that the mother could take care of the child, this must also be taken into account), but if you start listening to his opinion on the development and upbringing of the child, he will be interested in the child and do more. This is expedient. See Action: reasons and expediency
