Recipe for 1-2 servings:

  1. Milk — 400 ml
  2. Rice – ½ cup
  3. Butter – 1 tbsp
  4. Frozen strawberries – 100 g
  5. Sugar – XNUMX/XNUMX cup
  6. Vanilla Nutramil – packaging

Preparation

Pour half the milk over the rice, add sugar and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Top up with milk if necessary. Boil the rice until tender. Add butter and Nutramil, mix thoroughly.

Defrost the strawberries the day before or put them in a pot and heat until mousse is formed. Sweeten to taste.

Put the mousse to the bottom of the bowl, pour warm rice over it.
