Rice broth: recipe

Rice is a very popular cereal among the population. Due to its beneficial properties, it is used with great success both in medicine and in cosmetology.

Rice water is an excellent remedy for digestive problems.

To prepare it you will need:

  • 1 tablespoon rice
  • 1,5 liters of water
  • 50 grams of sugar

Take clean sorted rice and soak in cold water for 10-15 hours. Then cover the cereal with water, put on medium heat and cook for about 1 hour, stirring constantly. The grain of rice should be completely boiled, and the water should be reduced to 1 liter. Strain the resulting broth, add sugar and bring to a boil. In the resulting broth, you can dilute milk powder, so it will be tastier and more nutritious. Apply the remedy for diarrhea, ¼ cup every 2 hours.

You can also prepare rice broth from rice flour: grind 1 cup of dry rice, after washing and drying. Then pour 1 liter of water, add a pinch of salt, put on a small heat and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and take 1 tablespoon every 2 hours.

If you are a sweet tooth, replace salt with sugar

If the upset lasts more than 3 days, prepare a cream decoction.

For this you will need:

  • 5 tablespoons rice
  • 3 cup water

Fry the rice over low heat in a skillet without oil until light brown. After that, grind the cereal in a coffee grinder and fill it with water. Put the resulting mixture on fire and cook, stirring constantly, for 20 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon every 12 hours. The interval of reception does not matter, as well as the amount of the decoction cream eaten. To speed up the relief of diarrhea, you can completely replace the daily diet with it.

Rice water also helps with anemia. Take a glass of sorted rice, pour a liter of water, put on a small heat and cook until it literally crumbles. Then strain the resulting mass, cool and take 3 times a day ½ cup before each meal.

Rice broth in cosmetology

Rice water is able to smooth out wrinkles, tighten pores and make your complexion even and healthy. To cook it, pour ½ cup of rice with 2 liters of water and simmer over low heat until almost smooth, then put in a sieve. Pour the liquid that will drain into ice cube trays and freeze. With the cubes obtained, wipe your face every morning. Rice ice cubes still do a great job with skin pigmentation.
