Rhinoargent is a medical device in the form of an aerosol, used for rhinitis, sinusitis and allergies. It has a moisturizing, decongestant and protective effect on the nasal mucosa. It can be used by both adults and children. Depending on the pharmacy, its price ranges from PLN 13 to PLN 20. It is dispensed without a prescription.
Action, composition and dosage of Rhinoargent
Rhinoargent is a spray, which, due to its safe, body-friendly composition and effective action, has won many positive opinions among patients. The product consists of purified water, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, glycerin, carboxymethylcellulose, eucalyptus oil, silver nanocolloid and copper nanocolloid. Sodium chloride, otherwise known as saline, is a substance with a wide range of action – it does not sensitize or irritate, it is neutral for the body’s tissues, moisturizes the nasal mucosa and helps to thin and remove residual secretions. It is also used as an adjunct in the treatment of sinus diseases. It shows a similar effect potassium chloride. Carboxymethylcellulose is i.a. a thickening substance and limiting water loss, so it is widely used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. Glycerine permanently moisturizes the nasal mucosa, maintains adequate moisture, soothes, improves elasticity and protects. Eucalyptus oil facilitates cleansing, clearing and disinfecting nasal cavities, which is why it works well in the period of sinusitis, colds or rhinitis. Colloidal silver and colloidal copper have bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal properties.
Rhinoargent creates a protective layer on the nasal mucosa, protecting it against the harmful effects of external factors. It accelerates the regeneration processes of the mucosa, moisturizes it, clears it and limits the development of pathogenic microorganisms. Its use has a refreshing and soothing effect and also makes breathing through the nose easier. It brings relief during a runny nose, flu, colds and sinusitis. It also works well in the fight against allergic rhinitis due to its protective and pollution-removing properties.
Apply 1-2 doses into the nostril 3 times a day for about 7 days. If the symptoms of rhinitis persist, it may be necessary to consult a doctor. Spray Rhinoargent it is safe and can be used by both adults and childrenhowever, in the case of infants, the opinion of the treating physician should be sought.
Contraindications, side effects and precautions
Rhinoargent spray should not be used in case of allergy to its ingredients. A contraindication pregnancy and breastfeeding may be safe for use.
