Summer heat and sun cause our skin to lose moisture. It becomes dry, rough, there may be a feeling of tightness, itching. Lack of moisture in the skin leads to the destruction of collagen and elastin fibers, which are responsible for skin elasticity. In this case, the skin becomes less elastic, more prone to wrinkles.
Cosmetologists offer whole complexes aimed at restoring the skin. Most often these are some kind of ampoules, the use of which is designed for a certain number of days. The contents of these ampoules are carefully removed with a pipette and applied to the skin with light massage movements. After a while, you can apply a night cream, but in the morning do not forget to use a day cream of the same series.
Don’t forget about daily grooming as well. Use a greasy cream to prevent moisture loss from your skin. There are moisturizing masks that are saturated with moisturizing ingredients. It is enough to apply such a mask once a week – and the condition of your skin will noticeably improve.
Traditional medicine recommends:
1. Classic masks from berries, fruits and vegetables
Mash any fresh berries, fruits or vegetables. You can mix them with sour cream or yogurt. This is the best summer refreshing facial that will both nourish and moisturize.
2. Milk wash
Dilute ordinary milk at room temperature with water in equal proportions and wash with this solution in the morning and in the evening.
3. Lemon wash
Mix lemon juice with water in a 1: 2 ratio. Wash your face after sleep and before sleep. This recipe is optimal for problem skin care during the warm season or while relaxing at a spa.
4. Green masks
Chop dill or parsley, mix in equal proportions with sour cream.
5. Moisturizing mask for dry skin
Mix together essential oils of rosewood (2 drops), geranium (2 drops) and wheat germ (8 drops). Leave on the face for an hour, remove the remnants with a dry napkin. Do it once a day.
