Restaurant Management, ISGEG online training

The training programs of the Superio Institute of Management and Gastronomy (ISGEG), are complemented and expanded with the “Restaurant Management Expert” course.

On October 1, 2014, its third edition will begin in the online mode.

The university education proposed by ISGEG, in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Hoteliers (FEHR) y the distance university of Madrid (UDIMA).

The objective of the course is the effective management of hospitality establishments, aimed mainly at the owners, directors, managers or persons in charge who want to expand their business knowledge.

The development of management tools and innovative techniques applied to the processes of the establishments as well as negotiation knowledge to increase the profitability and efficiency of supplies are the basis of its program.

The degree will be awarded by the distance university of Madrid and in turn by the two organizing entities of the course, the Fehr and the ISGAG, with sectoral recognition.

The topics on which the “University Course of Expert in Restaurant Management “ They will be divided into 7 modules:

  • Quantitative management of the restaurant.
  • Management of operations and quality systems in restaurants.
  • Management of HR and hospitality personnel.
  • Marketing and sales of the restaurant.
  • Economic – financial management of the restaurant.
  • Social media restauranting, Technology in a restaurant.
  • Purchases and negotiation with suppliers.
