Although most of the restrictions have been extended, there are two exceptions – they concern outdoor sports and the return of the youngest children to nurseries and kindergartens from Monday, April 19. In the program “Onet Rano.” Bartosz Fiałek, a doctor, spoke about whether it was a good decision.
Coronavirus: restrictions extended with exceptions
– When practicing sports outdoors, the risk of coronavirus transmission is extremely low – said the expert. He added that movement has a positive effect on the body, but also on the psyche. – Allowing you to return to sport is a legitimate decision – admitted Fiałek.
And how does the expert assess the return of the youngest to kindergartens? – Children very rarely suffer from COVID-19 and their viral load is low, so transmission is also low.
Bartosz Fiałek admitted, however, that he did not fully understand why the government decided to take this step now.
The doctor also talked about ways to return to normal. According to him, there are two ways to do this. What? Find out more in the video above.
