How to relieve fatigue and regain vigor?
First, figure out: why are you tired? It is foolish to invigorate yourself with one hand, lowering your energy with the other hand. Perhaps you create fatigue for yourself: this happens also, see Fatigue.
Understanding is useful, but it is even more useful to do an exercise of vivacity. It means:
- Shake it up: short vigorous activity. Vigorously run, vigorous dances. People prone to negativity use for this and to quarrel loudly, yell, or even fight. Yes, it’s invigorating.
- Sleep: for those who own auto-training, 10 minutes is enough to get up awake.
- Shower with rubbing, even better — a contrast shower.
- Singing, loud tongue twisters.
