Rejuvenation of the body: skin, hands, body, hair

PROBLEM: the skin of the hands.

SOLUTION: methods of aesthetic and therapeutic cosmetology.

CONSULTANT: Eteri Krikheli, head of the Klazko clinic.

Daily hand care is age-independent – you should regularly use moisturizing and nourishing products. If the skin is very dry, the cream can be applied generously and wearing cotton gloves (it is best to sleep in them). In the salon, in such cases, paraffin baths are recommended. And full-fledged hand care programs consist of cleansing, peeling (often based on glycolic acid), massage and mask.

For the prevention of age spots, I recommend using SPF hand creams. And if you already have stains, you can fight them with bleaching agents and IPL photorejuvenation technology. The latter method allows you to renew the skin and eliminate imperfections under the influence of high-intensity light sources. The procedure takes several minutes, and the effect becomes really noticeable after 3-4 visits.

At a more mature age, mesotherapy can be advised. The structure of the skin of the hands in many ways resembles the skin of the neck, so the composition of the injections is similar – hyaluronic acid, vitamins, microelements. After a course of mesotherapy, metabolism and skin tone are significantly improved, wrinkles are smoothed out. I believe that the most relevant method today is Thermage thermolifting: exposure to radio frequency radiation stimulates the formation of new collagen fibers. After one procedure, the strengthening process lasts and increases for six months.

PROBLEM: neck and décolleté skin.

SOLUTION: injections and peels.

CONSULTANT: Elena Khavskaya, dermatocosmetologist at the Art Clinic.

Cosmetologists always say that a woman’s face starts from the hairline and ends in the chest area, so any cosmetic treatment should cover this area. Sometimes young girls complain of premature aging of the neck, confusing wrinkles with transverse folds (this is how muscles attach in a person). In any case, hyaluronic acid injections will help). Just one procedure every six months or even once a year is enough to smooth out folds and wrinkles. From 35 years of age, we strongly recommend the biorevitalization procedure using IAL-System hyaluronic acid injections (first one injection, the second in two weeks, the third in a month), and so every six months. Mesotherapy also gives a similar effect, but, as a rule, clients are discouraged from it – it gives a similar result only after ten weeks. If a girl for some reason is afraid of injections, she is recommended peeling. Most often superficial – fruit acids. At a more mature age, with pronounced wrinkles, cosmetologists strongly suggest a median trichloroacetic peeling.

PROBLEM: hair.

SOLUTION: anti-aging care.

CONSULTANT: Mikhail Zavalov, stylist of Maya-studio salon.

In hair aging, two processes are distinguished: a decrease in the secretion of sebum and a slowdown in microcirculation and cell metabolism (hair follicles receive an insufficient amount of lipids and amino acids). As a result, the hair becomes thin, brittle, and loses its natural shine. The scalp begins to require hydration. Poor ecology, wrong lifestyle, frequent perm and hair dyeing are all harmful too. But gray hair is not always an indicator of hair aging, they can be gray even at a fairly young age (this is a hereditary factor). Age Recharge line of products, K € erastase, allows professionals (and yourself!) To keep the process under control. It’s all about the high content of active ingredients and their effect on all links of the hair aging process: phospholiposomes moisturize and soften the scalp, vitamin B3 restores cellular metabolism and strengthens the hair follicles, the morphophile creates a protective layer of lipids for each hair. By the way, there is no age limit for Age Recharge leaving – let it be an investment in future beauty.
