Rejuvenating gymnastics for the face

Are you afraid of radical beauty interventions like injections and plastic surgery? There is an easy way to keep the skin and facial muscles in good shape. We are talking about face fitness – rejuvenating gymnastics for the face. You will notice the positive effect of regular exercise very quickly.

Anti-aging gymnastics for the face

For the proper functioning of all body systems, maintaining youth and prolonging life, a person needs to eat right, be less nervous, get enough sleep and be physically active. To keep the muscles of the face and neck in good shape, thereby preventing wrinkles, you also need to practice, that is, do special exercises.

With age, the muscles of the face and neck become deformed. The proportions of the face are changing in front and in profile – as a result, the appearance changes. The volume of tissues in the area of the lips and cheeks decreases, the eyelids and corners of the mouth fall.

Gymnastics for the face and neck turns back the clock and gives a noticeable effect of rejuvenation.

  • Improves posture and, consequently, the relief of the skin of the neck.

  • Helps to strengthen the muscular frame.

  • Reduces gravitational ptosis.

As a result of exercise, the skin is smoothed, tightened and becomes denser, looks younger, fresher and more radiant.

Preparation and recommendations

Before starting classes, the skin must be prepared in a special way.

Do not start doing face fitness without first consulting with a specialist. Wrong movements can harm the skin, and the body as a whole. Usually consultants tell in detail how to start preparing for facial exercises.

Clear your skin

For the face, use mousse, gel or foam, wash your hands with soap and water. While cleansing the face, you can do a light massage in circular motions.

Get your hair out of your face

If you have long hair or bangs, put it under a special bandage or scarf. The face should be as open as possible.

Apply cream or oil

It is important that the product has a liquid sliding texture.

Warm up your skin

Walk over the face with the pads of your fingers – stroking movements. Feel your skin.

Try to do the exercises gently and smoothly

Move along the massage lines, which will provide lifting and minimize potential stretching of the skin.

A few more tips for optimal results:

  1. do exercises in front of a mirror;

  2. make sure that in the process of exposure to the face, creases and folds do not form;

  3. do not press too hard on the face and do not stretch the skin;

  4. exercise regularly.

Pain and discomfort during gymnastics only speak of one thing – you are doing something wrong.
